Improper use of drugs, pathogen infection and other reasons may cause skin diseases, which are generally called allergic purpura. Anyone who has had Henoch-Schönlein purpura knows that it is a skin disease that is prone to recurrence and difficult to treat. It is precisely because of its susceptibility that many people mistakenly believe that the disease is caused by contact with a certain allergen, so they fail to take the correct method to treat it. This is the main reason for the recurrence of Henoch-Schönlein purpura. The human immune system is like the "guard" in the body. Once there are exogenous pathogens, inhaled suspicious substances, eaten suspicious foods, or skin contact with certain substances, that is, so many so-called "causes of the disease" invade, they are like the "enemies" of the human body, and our immune system will respond to them. The body must fight back. The purpose is of course to eliminate the "enemy", but the result of the war is sometimes to accidentally injure "civilians", that is, normal cells, tissues, organs, etc. Sometimes the immune system will directly regard "civilians" as "invaders", which causes our diseases. The occurrence of allergic purpura is just like the above analogy. No matter what the initial cause is, the result is that while clearing these factors, the body's own blood vessels are accidentally injured and inflamed, causing a series of symptoms. Therefore, simply treating the cause cannot completely prevent the occurrence and development of the disease. There is currently no specific treatment for the cause. Allergic purpura, the name of the disease itself can easily cause people to misunderstand, thinking that it is caused by an allergy to a certain substance, but the allergens are often difficult to determine, and it is basically impossible to find out what the allergic factor is. Therefore, checking for allergens is not very meaningful, and we can only avoid common suspected allergens. It is possible that you are allergic to something you were not allergic to before, and you will no longer be allergic after you recover from the disease because there is something "wrong" with your body's immune system. Therefore, during the illness, if you are confirmed to be allergic to a certain food, you should not eat it for the time being. Principles of treatment for Henoch-Schönlein purpura: There is no specific treatment. Symptomatic treatment such as anti-allergic treatment, complete elimination of infection and relief of symptoms can be given. Due to physical reasons, patients with Henoch-Schönlein purpura are easily affected by environmental changes, such as cold weather, fatigue, mood swings, colds, diet, etc., which cause the condition to worsen and symptoms to recur. Existing treatments sometimes fail to prevent recurrence of the disease and the occurrence of kidney damage. If the possible factors cannot be effectively avoided, skin purpura may recur. |
