Seasoning: 30g ginger, 10g shallot, 35g rice wine (Guangdong Hakka Niangjiu), 2g pepper, 8g salt, 2g chicken stock

1. Put Codonopsis pilosula, Scutellaria baicalensis, stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala, White Peony Root, Coix seeds, cinnamon powder, Rehmannia glutinosa, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Notopterygium wilfordii and Licorice into a clean tea bag, tie the bag and set aside.

2. Wash the pork, cuttlefish and pig tripe; wash and break the pork bones; smash the ginger slices and green onions and set aside.

3. Put the pork, cuttlefish, pork tripe, pork bones, and medicine bag into an aluminum pot, add appropriate amount of water, put in onion, ginger slices, pepper, rice wine, and salt, and bring to a boil over low heat.
