If the fallopian tube is blocked, exercise more

If the fallopian tubes are obstructed, it means they are too narrow, which is also an important cause of infertility. At this time, good treatment should be carried out in time to achieve the purpose of unobstructedness. In addition to treatment, diet adjustment in daily life is also very important. In addition, we must maintain an optimistic and cheerful attitude. Moderate exercise in daily life can help promote the unobstructed fallopian tubes, which is also a better conditioning method.

Disease Introduction

Fallopian tube obstruction is a common cause of infertility, accounting for 1/3 of infertile patients. It has been gradually increasing in recent years and is a difficult problem in the treatment of infertility. Fallopian tube obstruction is mainly caused by inflammation spreading upward through the endometrium, first causing inflammatory changes in the fallopian tube mucosa, degeneration or shedding of the fallopian tube epithelium, leading to adhesion of the fallopian tube mucosa, and then closure of the fallopian tube lumen or fimbria.

Causes of Fallopian Tube Obstruction

The first is that the fallopian tube is obstructed, which is caused by debris, shed cells or blood clots in the tube; or the fallopian tube is too thin and curved; or the fallopian tube is adhered to the pelvic wall and adjacent organs, which pulls the movement of the fallopian tube. Treatment can be done by laparoscopy. Adhesions outside the fallopian tube can also be cut and broken down through laparoscopy to "loosen" the fallopian tube. With treatment, most patients can become pregnant.

The second situation is that the fallopian tubes are blocked and the damage is less severe, but most of the fallopian tubes are normal. In this case, the fallopian tube can be cleared or the catheter can be placed for 24 hours through combined uterine and abdominal surgery. If there is hydrosalpinx, an incision can be made on it, the liquid can be drained, and the tube can be turned over and sutured to prevent adhesion again. Generally speaking, the surgery is effective and the success rate can reach over 90%.

The third situation is that the fallopian tube is completely blocked and severely damaged. This situation is mostly caused by delayed treatment due to a long course of illness or fallopian tube tuberculosis infection. Because the fallopian tubes become scarred, contracted, and stiff, and their functions undergo irreversible changes, it is difficult to conceive naturally even if they are successfully unblocked. Generally, in vitro fertilization is required after surgery.

Disease hazards

1) Dysmenorrhea. Long-term chronic inflammation of the fallopian tubes can lead to pelvic congestion, which in turn causes dysmenorrhea due to blood stasis. Dysmenorrhea is often accompanied by abdominal pain that starts one week before menstruation, and becomes more severe as the menstrual period approaches, until the onset of menstruation. 2) Irregular menstruation. The fallopian tubes are adjacent to the ovaries. When the inflammation of the fallopian tubes spreads to the ovaries, it will cause varying degrees of damage to the ovarian function, thus causing menstrual abnormalities. Among them, frequent menstruation and excessive menstrual flow are the most common. 3) Infertility. The fallopian tube plays an important role in transporting sperm, absorbing eggs and transporting fertilized eggs to the uterine cavity. When the fallopian tube is damaged by lesions, it becomes blocked, hindering the passage of sperm and fertilized eggs, leading to infertility. 4) Others. Severe fallopian tube blockage, in addition to symptoms such as infertility and dysmenorrhea, may also cause increased vaginal discharge, painful sexual intercourse, gastrointestinal disorders, fatigue, labor interference or intolerance to long-term work, neurological symptoms and depression.
