Farts are smelly and there is no bowel movement

Farting is very smelly and you don’t have a bowel movement. This is all caused by constipation. For example, habitual constipation is quite common in life. Long-term constipation is harmful to your health and often leads to the inability to excrete toxins normally. Therefore, you must pay attention to nutrition in your daily life, chew your meals slowly, drink plenty of water, and exercise moderately.

Farts are smelly and there is no bowel movement

1. Ensure three meals a day

Eating can promote gastrointestinal motility, and gastrointestinal motility can promote defecation. Breakfast is particularly important as it can get your intestinal system started as quickly as possible. Studies have also found that a protein-rich breakfast can prevent you from eating less sugary foods and thus avoid gaining weight.

2. Chew fiber foods slowly

Eating too much fiber-rich food at one time can help increase metabolism and prevent constipation, but it may also cause edema, bloating and diarrhea. If you are not used to eating fiber foods, you can also choose supplements such as fiber powder, methylcellulose or polycarbophil calcium tablets. 3. Too much bran is not good

Just because fiber softens your stool doesn't mean you need to force yourself down a whole box of bran every day. Vegetables, two servings of fruit and some whole-wheat bread are enough to keep you away from constipation. Rhubarb, artichokes and nuts are also good constipation fighters.

4. Try natural laxatives

If you are on a business trip or traveling and are constipated because you don't have time to exercise or eat too many fruits and vegetables, you can try natural laxatives such as glycerin suppositories, milk of magnesia, or prune juice. Sometimes, even a bowl of hot soup can speed up bowel movements.

5. Have a cup of coffee

British research shows that coffee can speed up bowel movements. Although there is no public information in academia about how coffee works, if you are not resistant to caffeine, you can try this method when you are constipated.

6. Drink plenty of water

Scientists say drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day can soften stool. Try to fill up 1.8L of water when you go to work, and drink it all before leaving get off work!

7. Fixed bowel movement time

After washing up in the morning, grabbing breakfast and rushing to the company can indeed save a lot of time, but it is not conducive to early morning bowel movements. Breakfast is the "alarm clock" to wake up the intestines. You need a fixed period of time to go to the toilet quietly half an hour after breakfast, instead of squeezing in the company toilet with your colleagues.
