What are the lumps under the glans?

The particles under the glans are likely to be pearly rash, which may be caused by lack of hygiene. Generally, in the early stages of pearl rash, you just need to pay attention to cleaning and hygiene, and it has nothing to do with sexually transmitted diseases. Remember to eat more fruits and vegetables, eat a light diet, and avoid spicy and greasy foods. Vulvar pearl rash is a physiological developmental variation. It is not contagious and does no harm to the body. It does not require treatment and you just need to change your underwear regularly.

There are a few small white particles in the groove under the glans penis. That is the pearly rash on the penis, which refers to the uniform, consistent, neatly arranged, small papules or filamentous growths on the edge of the glans penis. It is a physiological variation and does not require treatment. In fact, many men have this phenomenon, so there is no need to worry. However, you should pay attention to hygiene and wash your penis (including penis, glans penis, skin, perineum and anus) with warm water every night.

Pearly penile papules are more common in men around 20-30 years old. The lesions mainly occur at the junction of the edge of the glans and the coronal sulcus and/or the frenulum. The lesions are papules of 1-3 mm in size, and are larger on both sides of the frenulum.

The top of the papule is round and smooth, and some papules are hairy or thread-like. The papules are usually not fused together and are densely arranged in one or more rows. They are obvious on the dorsal side of the glans and may partially or completely surround the glans. The lesions are mostly pearly white in color, a few are light red or skin color, and some may appear slightly red and swollen. There was no tenderness, no ulceration, and the patient had no subjective symptoms. No treatment is needed if it does not affect your life.

Penile pearly rash, normal penile pearly rash, is seen on the edge of the male glans. It is millet-sized papules of the same skin color, uniformly arranged, with no inflammatory reaction and no conscious discomfort. This is pearly rash. If the acetic acid white test is negative, it means that 5% acetic acid solution does not turn white after application. This condition occurs in males after puberty and is completely normal. No treatment is required and there is no need to panic. However, some places mistake this phenomenon for condyloma acuminatum and it is wrong to use laser treatment and take medication.

Pearly penile papules are a physiological developmental variation of the human body. They are harmless to the human body, non-contagious, and do not require treatment. About 24% of adult males have penile pearly papules, which are usually some pearly, red, yellow or white translucent papules. The diameter of a single papule is about 1 to 3 mm. They are arranged in one to several rows along the coronal sulcus, sometimes surrounding the entire coronal sulcus. The papules are often arranged neatly and do not fuse with each other.

In addition to commonly occurring on the glans penis and coronal sulcus, genital warts can also occur on the inner side of the foreskin, the skin of the penis shaft and the urethral orifice, the anus and the perianal junction. The number of warts is small, and most of them are cauliflower-shaped, nipple-shaped or cockscomb-shaped wart-like hyperplasia, which is different from the pearly papules that only occur in the coronal sulcus of the glans penis and are arranged in an orderly manner. This is normal. 90% of men have it. As long as you pay attention to hygiene, it's okay.
