How to regulate endocrine disorders

How to regulate endocrine disorders

In life, we often see some people who are overweight, have thick body hair, faces full of acne and spots, and are obviously not very old but have white hair. Why is this so? Those who know a little will know that this is called endocrine disorders. Endocrine disorders can lead to decreased functions of various aspects of the human body, the most obvious of which is yin deficiency. Yin deficiency can cause great harm to people.

So what should we do if our endocrine system is abnormal? Is there any better way? The current methods include Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. When treating endocrine disorders, Western medicine doctors usually prescribe some hormone drugs to regulate them, while traditional Chinese medicine doctors focus more on conditioning.

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, endocrine disorders are a manifestation of Yin deficiency, which is caused by stagnation of Qi and blood. Blood stasis in the body, blocked blood vessels, invasion of external toxins, and retention of lochia after childbirth may all lead to blood stasis. Many common diseases in women are actually caused by endocrine disorders.

Therefore, to treat these diseases, we must start with regulating the endocrine system, so that Qi and blood can flow smoothly, the essence and blood can nourish the whole body, promote blood circulation, and comprehensively regulate from the inside out. According to the principle of TCM's syndrome differentiation and treatment, those with hyperfunction should pay more attention to yin-nourishing treatment, while those with hypofunction often show symptoms of qi and blood deficiency, kidney deficiency, etc., and are generally given blood-tonifying and qi-tonifying, kidney-tonifying and other treatments to improve the situation.

How to regulate endocrine disorders in women? Symptoms of endocrine disorders usually include irregular menstruation, obesity, spots, acne, breast pain, excess body hair, irritability, gynecological diseases, premature graying of hair, etc. The causes of endocrine disorders include physiological factors, nutritional factors, environmental factors, emotional factors, etc., among which nutritional factors are the most critical.

When it comes to endocrine disorders, Chinese medicine is very reliable. Although the process is relatively slow, if you pay attention to what you eat, your lifestyle, your mood and other factors during the conditioning, not only will the endocrine disorder disappear, but your body will also change from its original unhealthy state to a healthy state.
