If you are a young person (under 40 years old), don't be nervous, it may be cardiac neurosis. The so-called cardiac neurosis means that there may be symptoms similar to angina pectoris, but in fact there is no structural and functional abnormality in the heart itself. That is, the heart itself is no different from a healthy person's heart. It is more common in young women, and the incidence rate in men is slightly lower. Simply put, the symptoms are similar to neurasthenia, which may be accompanied by insomnia and nightmares. In short, no special treatment is needed, and don't be overly nervous. You don't need to see a doctor, just relax. If you are middle-aged or elderly, it is recommended to do an electrocardiogram because there is a possibility of coronary heart disease.

What to do when you feel upset and uncomfortable

Do some crazy exercise.

If you feel very irritable, immediately change into sports shoes and breathable clothes and do your favorite exercise. For example, basketball, jogging, etc. When we exercise, this kind of inner emotion is easy to vent, especially after sweating, it feels great. Naturally, the inner irritability will also be reduced.

Take a hot bath.

When you feel upset, take off your clothes and take a refreshing hot bath! Let the hot water come into close contact with your body, fully enjoy the comfort brought by the heat shrinkage, and let your irritability be washed away by the running water. After taking a shower, dry yourself with a towel and, if possible, take a good nap; maybe your irritability will go away.

Let's listen to some music.

Play some of your favorite music! When you feel upset, turn up the volume of the speakers, but make sure not to disturb your neighbors. Some people enjoy the music quietly, while others will sing along. It doesn’t matter. After listening to a few songs, you will feel much calmer inside and naturally won’t be so irritable.

Let’s go swimming together!

Put on your swimming trunks and glasses and go to the swimming pool. Swim hard in the water. Let the water come into close contact with your body, and slowly you will find that your irritability will disappear. This is quite useful for some people!

Find the right person to talk to.

When some people are in a bad mood, they will go to their relatives, such as parents, to talk; some people will go to their boyfriends or girlfriends to vent; some people will go to teachers, classmates, or friends to solve the problem. Remember, no matter who you look for, you must find the right person. Doing something with the right person can easily help you resolve the restlessness in your heart.
