Leucorrhea turns yellow when it dries on underwear

In addition to the fact that menstruation will get on your pants and underwear, which is particularly troublesome, leucorrhea is also not good. Because when leucorrhea occurs, the body may be disturbed by some yellow stains. It is sticky and sticks to the vagina. After a long time, it will become very sour and smelly, and it will also become stringy. What is the reason for this yellow leucorrhea?

Three major symptoms

Symptoms: 1. Leucorrhea is milky white or light yellow, purulent, large in amount, and has a foul odor, often accompanied by abdominal pain. It is usually caused by chronic cervicitis or endocervicitis.

Symptom 2 : The leucorrhea is yellow or yellow-green, thin and foamy, or like rice water, grayish white, and has a foul odor. It is mostly caused by Trichomonas vaginalis.

Symptom 3: Most of them have a thick texture, but sometimes they can be thin. They are typically milky white, like bean curd dregs, or in the form of white flakes or lumps like curd. Most of them are caused by fungal infection.

Four major reasons

Reason 1: Yellow watery leucorrhea is mostly caused by necrosis of diseased tissue, and is common in submucosal uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, fallopian tube cancer, etc.

Reason 2 : Candidal vaginitis is a common type of vaginitis, often caused by Candida albicans infection. It is more common in pregnant women and diabetic patients. Long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics can cause imbalance in the normal vaginal flora, which is conducive to the growth and reproduction of fungi and makes people more susceptible to this disease. Patients taking corticosteroids, immunosuppressants and autoimmune diseases are more susceptible to this disease. Patients with vitamin B6 deficiency and chronic wasting diseases are prone to yellow leucorrhea.

Young women wearing tight nylon pants can increase the humidity and temperature of the perineum, which is conducive to the growth and reproduction of mold. The main symptoms of candidal vaginitis are increased leucorrhea and vulvar itching, often accompanied by local burning sensation. Typical leucorrhea is curd-like (tofu-like) or slightly yellow flakes, has a slight odor, and adheres tightly to the vaginal mucosa.

Reason 3: Trichomonas vaginitis is the most common vaginitis, caused by Trichomonas vaginalis infection

Caused by, Trichomonas vaginalis is an anaerobic parasitic protozoan, often parasitic in the urogenital tract, in women mainly in the vagina, also in the urethra, paraurethral glands, bladder and other parts, in men often parasitic in the urethra, prostate and other parts.
