Walk forward with big strides at a speed faster than walking but slower than running, swinging your hands at the same time. Walk for 30 minutes to promote the circulation of Qi and blood. After working for 40 minutes, it is best to stand up and walk around, step on some feet, and move your fingers and toes from time to time while working, all of which can help blood circulation.

2. Take more vitamin E

Vitamin E can dilate peripheral blood vessels, which is very helpful for smooth circulation in peripheral blood vessels. However, the effect of vitamin E is slower and takes 3 months to be effective, and 210-250 IU must be taken every day to be sufficient.

3. Eat more nuts and carrots

Daily dietary supplements can warm up the body, such as nuts like walnut kernels, sesame seeds, pine nuts, etc.; vegetables like leeks, carrots, cabbage, spinach, etc.; fruits like apricots, peaches, papaya, etc. are all the best dietary choices.
