Heart discomfort after being frightened

Heart discomfort after being frightened

In life, some people may get frightened for some reason. In many cases, it will heal slowly. As long as the fright is not particularly serious, there will be no sequelae. However, some people feel uncomfortable in their heart after being frightened, and experience symptoms such as palpitations and arrhythmia. So, how should we solve this problem? Here are some ways to deal with panic after a shock.

Two states after being frightened

Over-fright refers to two very extreme reactions that are likely to occur when a person is frightened beyond the maximum limit that he or she can bear: direct collapse and loss of fear and terror.

Most people will instinctively feel afraid when they encounter danger. This is normal and is also the body's protective function.

However, the degree to which a person can withstand shock is limited. If the shock a person receives exceeds the maximum limit that he or she can withstand, two very extreme reactions are likely to occur.

One is to collapse directly, living in fear every moment from then on and unable to continue with a normal life. This type is more miserable, and because they can't sleep well and eat well, they often die of excessive fear before long.

The other one is relatively better. It is just the loss of the emotion of fear and terror. No matter how terrifying the thing or how terrifying the scene is, the person will not feel anything. In other words, from then on, the person will never be scared again.

Such results are naturally mixed. The good thing is that they will not be afraid in the future, and can do many things that they did not dare to do before. However, because they have lost the emotion of terror and fear, such people may not be able to avoid danger in time because they are simply unaware of it.
