Premature heart beats are also a type of heart disease clinically. There is no better cure for patients with heart disease. The heart is the most important organ in the entire life of the human body. When there is a problem with the heart, you must go to the hospital in time, follow the doctor's advice, and actively cooperate with the treatment. Once the heart stops, it means the end of life, so we must take care of our only heart, be less angry, and exercise more. 1. What are the symptoms and signs of premature beats? What kind of clinical manifestations will the disease of premature beats have? For this kind of heart disease, we have no better treatment method except relying on the patients themselves to pay attention. However, patients with premature beats also need to pay attention to the inspection and reexamination of the disease. Only in this way can patients with premature beats receive certain disease care. (I) Medical history and symptoms: Due to different sensitivities of patients, there may be no obvious discomfort or only palpitations, discomfort in the precordial area or a feeling of cardiac arrest. Inquiring about the medical history of hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and rheumatic heart disease can help understand the cause of premature beats and guide treatment. Pay attention to inquiring about the recent history of colds, fevers, and diarrhea to help determine whether the patient has acute viral myocarditis. The use of digitalis, antiarrhythmic drugs, and diuretics can sometimes induce the occurrence of premature beats. (B) Physical examination findings: In addition to the positive signs of underlying heart disease, auscultation of the heart may reveal an early heartbeat in a regular rhythm, followed by a long pause (compensatory pause), an increase in the early first heart sound, and a decrease in the second heart sound, which may be accompanied by a decrease or disappearance of the pulse. (III) Auxiliary examinations: Electrocardiogram has diagnostic significance for premature beats. Atrial premature beats are early QRS waves preceded by an abnormally shaped P wave and followed by an incomplete compensation period. The QRS waveform is mostly consistent with the normal QRS waveform. The early QRS wave of nodal premature beats is consistent with the normal QRS wave, with no P wave in front and a complete compensation period. The early QRS wave of ventricular premature beats is wide and deformed, with a complete compensation period. The 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram can record in detail the number of premature beats, the regularity of occurrence, the effect of treatment, etc. Patients suspected of myocarditis can undergo blood myocardial enzyme examination. Cardiac ultrasound examination can detect patients with cardiomyopathy and some coronary heart disease. Patients taking diuretics for a long time and suspected of digitalis poisoning should have their blood electrolytes measured and, if necessary, the blood digitalis concentration measured. What should patients with premature beats do to effectively cooperate with our treatment? This is also something we need to do a good job of disseminating knowledge about. Furthermore, for patients with premature beats, we need to understand the characteristics of their disease before we can tell them not to get emotional, because this will aggravate the severity of their disease. |
