When lying on your side, you can stack two pillows and place them under your neck, with the height equal to that of your shoulders, which is just enough to straighten your neck. Patients are advised to give it a try. 3. Exercise Look up and look down. At the beginning, slowly lower your head until you can't go any lower, then slowly raise your head until you can't raise it any further. Do 2-3 sets a day, about 20 times in each set. Later it developed into crossing the hands behind the head, which gave a reaction force to the head when tilting the head back, making it more difficult to do so and gradually increasing the strength of the neck muscles.
