Having rhinitis is a very embarrassing thing. It is always accompanied by nasal congestion. In severe cases, it can also cause dizziness, decreased sense of smell, etc. There are many ways to treat rhinitis, and there are also many kinds of folk remedies. So what are the methods to treat rhinitis? What should you do if you have rhinitis? Today we will introduce to you the process of treating rhinitis with goose grass, let's take a look.

The process of using goose not eating grass to treat rhinitis:

Dried geese do not eat grass. After boiling the juice, drip it into the nose (put the remaining juice in the refrigerator), three or four times a day, 1-2 drops each time. This medicine tests a person's tolerance. Most people cannot tolerate it (after dripping it into the nostrils, it is very irritating to the nose and eyes, and they will sneeze and cry at first after taking the medicine), but the effect is amazing. A way to reduce irritation: Lie down, drop the medicine on the edge of one nostril, pinch the other nostril, and slowly inhale the medicine into the nostril. Then switch to the other nostril and put the medicine in.

In addition, you can also try soaking cotton wool in the medicine juice and plugging it into your nose, or you can try grinding the goosegrass into powder and inhaling it into your nostrils several times a day. Or you can wet cotton wool and shake it dry, then wrap a small amount of medicine on it, fold it into a thin layer and stuff it into your nose. Remove it after 20 to 30 minutes, once a day.

What are the other methods to treat rhinitis:

1. Knead and pinch the nasal septum cartilage

Insert the thumb and ring finger into the nasal cavity, use two fingers to exert force relatively, pinch the nasal septum cartilage with a little force and hold it until the nose feels sore and swollen, and knead it occasionally. This trick is very common. If you feel discomfort in your nose, apply it immediately. Persevere for one or two years, and you will find that during the next critical period of rhinitis, the annoying rhinitis will no longer occur to you.

2. Wonderful garlic juice

When rhinitis has already taken control of you, making you dizzy and nauseous all day long, use this trick to get rid of the annoying rhinitis immediately.

Take a small clove of fresh garlic, put it in a bowl and mash it, then add a tablespoon of cold boiled water, stir, and use cotton wool to collect the garlic juice. Lie flat on your back, tilt your head back, and put the garlic liquid into your nose (one or a few drops will do), allowing it to flow to your throat and into your mouth. After a good night's sleep, you will find that your rhinitis is almost cured when you wake up the next day!
