Third: If the palpitations are accompanied by decreased urine volume and edema in both lower limbs, and in severe cases the edema may spread throughout the body, and you cannot lie flat at night, and feel shortness of breath when lying down, and often feel bloating and pain in the lower abdomen and right upper abdomen, and have loss of appetite, this may be a sign of heart failure.

Fourth: Practicing the Ten Finger Exercise every day can have a certain therapeutic effect on dizziness, chest tightness, palpitations, etc. caused by various heart diseases or autonomic nervous system disorders. At the same time, it can improve and stimulate the blood circulation in the extremities of the hands and feet, which is a good health care method.

Fifth: The specific method is: use the index finger and middle finger of one hand to pinch the two sides of the little finger of the other hand, pull from the base of the finger to the finger, and feel the warmth, swelling and numbness at the fingertips. Then do it from the ring finger to the thumb, once for each, alternating hands.
