Can I use green ointment if I have acne on my back that is very itchy?

When people reach puberty, they not only get acne on their faces, but also on their backs. Some people have oily skin, and their faces and backs are prone to oiliness, so it is normal to get acne easily. Acne on the back is itchy and painful. If you scratch it with your hands, it may cause redness and swelling due to damage. It can be treated by applying some ointment.

Treatment Details/Corns

First, remove the pressure and friction applied to the skin, such as not wearing high heels and hard-soled shoes, and adding soft insoles in shoes. Corns are expected to disappear on their own. If they are not removed, corns are difficult to cure. Secondly, the following treatment methods can be used.

1. Apply 30% salicylic acid collodion externally to both soft and hard corns once a day. Soak in hot water after one week to remove the corn's horn and the softened and whitened part of the skin lesions until they fall off.

2. Use commercially available corn ointment externally. First soak the affected area in hot water, scrape off the surface keratin hyperplasia, and carefully scrape off the central keratin plug as much as possible. Stick the red medicine block of corn plaster on this core part. Change the dressing once a week. Before changing the dressing, scrape off the whitened part until it falls off.

3. Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy can be used.

4. If corns on the feet are not effectively treated with various methods, surgical removal may be considered.

5. Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment.

Prevention Details/Corns

To prevent corns, friction and pressure should be reduced. Shoes and boots should be soft and fit well. Thick and soft insoles or sponge pads can be lined inside the shoes, and holes can be cut at the equivalent of corns (perforated insoles). Toe deformities should be corrected, and if there are exostoses on the feet, surgery should be performed.
