(2) Large doses of vitamins: such as B vitamins, vitamin C, and vitamin P, taken for a long time. There are also reports of taking aminobenzoic acid (p-aminobenzoic acid) orally or by injection, or taking corticosteroids orally.

(3) There are reports of using copper-containing drugs to treat this disease. For example, 0.5% copper sulfate solution is taken orally, 10 drops per time for adults, 3 times per day (reduced for children).

(4) Oral immunomodulators such as levamisole: Adults should take 150 mg/d for 3 consecutive days every 2 weeks, divided into 3 doses, for about 5 to 6 weeks. Children can reduce the dosage accordingly. Or freeze-dried BCG (BCG) intramuscular injection, oral administration of bovine placenta, etc.

(5) In recent years, full-thickness skin transplantation has been used to treat vitiligo lesions, followed by PUVA treatment after healing. There have also been reports of successful use of melanocyte autotransplantation.

(6) TCM treatment principles: The method should nourish blood and dispel wind, and neutralize qi and blood. The prescription is the Baibo Pill with modifications: Angelica 10g, Millettia reticulata 15g, Saposhnikovia divaricata 10g, Tribulus terrestris 30g, Psoralea corylifolia 10g, Paeonia lactiflora 10g, Safflower 10g, Tangerine peel 10g, Astragalus 15g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 10g, Black soybean peel 15g, Polygonum multiflorum 15g. You can also take Tribulus terrestris seeds, grind them into powder, take 6g each time, drink with boiled water, twice a day. Or take Baibao Pills or Baidian Pills.
