Anti-inflammatory drugs for endobronchial tuberculosis

Anti-inflammatory drugs for endobronchial tuberculosis

If people's bronchi become inflamed, it may cause symptoms of fever or cough. Some people may even feel phlegm in their throats. This may be a symptom of inflammation of the bronchial lining. If it is not treated for a long time, it may eventually cause inflammation of the lungs, making the condition more and more serious. So what kind of anti-inflammatory drugs should be taken for endobronchial tuberculosis?

Endobronchial tuberculosis refers to tuberculosis occurring in the trachea and bronchial mucosa and submucosa. It is difficult for microscopic therapeutic drugs to penetrate into the lesions, resulting in low local drug concentrations and poor efficacy, so it is prone to recurrence. Laser or high-frequency electrosurgery can be used for treatment, and anti-tuberculosis drugs should be taken at the same time. Treatment should be based on the activity, stage, and degree and extent of bronchial stenosis of tuberculosis lesions. Treatment is generally divided into two stages: treatment of early active tuberculosis and treatment of late tracheobronchial stenosis. Therefore, the specific treatment method should be combined with clinical diagnosis.

Cough is mostly caused by upper respiratory tract infection, which generally requires antibacterial and anti-inflammatory treatment. If oral medications are ineffective, intravenous treatment is recommended. Use under the guidance of a local doctor. If you have phlegm, try taking fresh bamboo juice orally, drink more water, and strengthen your physical fitness. Tuberculosis cannot be diagnosed based on these symptoms, as common respiratory tract infections may also cause these symptoms. Go to the hospital for a photo examination and a routine blood test to see if you have symptoms of fever and how long this has lasted.

Bronchial tuberculosis is difficult to treat but it is still possible. Generally, it requires treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs and some anti-inflammatory drugs. First, you need to take cough and phlegm-reducing drugs orally, such as Children's Lung Heat Cough and Asthma Oral Liquid, Mucosolvan Oral Liquid, Children's Lung Clearing and Phlegm-Resolving Oral Liquid, etc. If there is a clear bacterial infection, oral antibiotics such as penicillin or erythromycin should be used for treatment. A skin test should be done before using penicillins to ensure that there is no allergy.
