Synovitis Knee Fever

Synovitis Knee Fever

I believe that many people do not know much about the synovial membrane in the human body, but the synovial membrane plays an important role in daily life, because the normal use of human joints is due to the mucus secreted by the synovial membrane. Because the synovium is easily infected by viruses or damaged by them, it can easily lead to synovitis. The most common area of synovitis is the knee joint. So how should we solve the problem of knee fever caused by synovitis?

Synovitis seriously endangers physical health. In the cold winter or when the weather is changeable, if the knees are cold or injured, it is easy to develop or aggravate knee synovitis, that is, water accumulation in the knee joint. If the knee joint suffers acute trauma or chronic strain, it will cause synovial injury, leading to blood or fluid accumulation in the knee joint cavity.

Most cases of knee synovitis occur as a complication of knee injury. Synovial reactive effusion usually appears 6-8 hours after the injury, with obvious swelling and heat in the knee joint and fear of movement. Examination revealed limited flexion and extension of the knee joint, difficulty in squatting and accompanied by pain, localized tenderness points around the joint, and a positive floating patella test. Chronic traumatic synovium may have no obvious history of trauma, and the main symptoms are weakness and limited movement of the knee joint, persistent swelling, and fear of squatting. People with synovitis should be actively treated. Synovitis is a sterile inflammation caused by poor microcirculation. The main symptom is fluid effusion. The synovium is a layer of membranous tissue surrounding the joint. It is not only a layer of tissue that protects the joint, but also produces synovial fluid to provide "lubricating fluid" for joint movement.

To effectively prevent the occurrence of knee synovitis, it is necessary to avoid excessive load on the knee joint. The following aspects should be paid attention to in life: 1. When changing from one movement to another, move slowly and don't move too fast. 2 Eat a reasonable diet, reduce calorie intake, especially avoid overeating, and control weight, which can effectively reduce the load on the knee joint and prevent the occurrence of synovitis. 3 You can ride a bicycle instead of walking in daily life, because the load on the knee joint is lighter when riding than when walking. Cycling can make the knee joint move well, which is very helpful for the health of the knee joint. 4. Make sure your body gets enough nutrition in your daily life. These can effectively prevent the aging and degeneration of bone tissue and effectively prevent the occurrence of knee synovitis. If you experience discomfort in your knee joint, you should actively go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment.

Attention should be paid to health care and prevention of knee synovitis. People walk and work every day. The knee joint is the joint that bears the most weight in the human body. Synovitis is directly related to the amount of weight-bearing activities of the knee joint. Wrong activities will aggravate knee synovitis. Correct activities are not only conducive to the recovery of pain, but also prevent the recurrence of old diseases.

In daily life, especially in the cold winter, cold air can easily invade the body, and the knee joints are more susceptible to injury, so we should pay more attention to protecting the knee joints. Since the air temperature outdoors is lower than that indoors and is accompanied by cold winds, you should protect your knees when going out. If you ride an electric bike, it is best to put up a windshield or blanket to effectively prevent the invasion of cold winds. At the same time, pay attention to driving safety. You can also wear knee pads to focus on protecting the knees and the area around the knees. Before going to bed, you can rub your hands to warm them up and place them on your knees, repeating this process to promote blood circulation.
