What are the benefits of tapping Zusanli?

Our body is covered with various meridians and acupoints, each of which has different functions. Zusanli is also a key part of the human body. Regularly tapping Zusanli is very beneficial to the body. It can prevent diseases, improve body coldness, improve blood circulation, and prevent some gastrointestinal diseases. It is very good for the body.

What are the benefits of tapping Zusanli frequently?

This is because regularly tapping the Zusanli acupoint can effectively promote blood circulation, improve the symptoms of cold hands and feet, relieve fatigue and enhance immunity.

Moxibustion on Zusanli can increase appetite and promote body growth. "Wai Tai Mi Yao" records that moxibustion on Zusanli can prevent presbyopia.

It is suggested that moxibustion on Zusanli and Juegu can prevent stroke. Therefore, "If you want to be healthy, keep Sanli acupoint moist" has become a famous health-preserving saying.

Zusanli is located 3 inches directly below the outer knee pit, that is, on the outer side of the front edge of the tibia of the lower leg, 4 finger widths below the knee joint. It is a nourishing and strengthening acupuncture point commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine and is widely used in clinical practice.

How does Zusanli have a relationship with old hens?

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that chicken has the effects of nourishing the kidneys and essence, nourishing the spleen and stomach, and nourishing blood and yin. Especially old hens, which have a higher tonic effect. In the process of constantly fighting against diseases, people discovered that Zusanli has a similar effect to chicken and is an important health acupoint for the human body. It can also be used to nourish the kidney and essence, nourish the spleen and stomach, nourish the blood and nourish yin, etc. "Zusanli" is an important acupoint on the stomach meridian, and the stomach is the foundation of a person's acquired constitution. Regular acupuncture at this point can nourish the spleen and stomach, enhance immune function, and at the same time eliminate fatigue and prolong life. Therefore, this point is also known as a key point for strengthening the body. If you tap this area frequently, you can enhance your disease resistance, improve your health level, and maintain vigorous energy. Therefore, patting the Zusanli point can strengthen your body.
