4. Hematuria occurs. Hematuria is the most common complication of renal puncture biopsy. About 80-90% of patients have microscopic hematuria after puncture. The incidence of macroscopic hematuria varies depending on the degree of damage to the puncture needle, accounting for about 5-50%. Generally, hematuria disappears on its own within 1 to 5 days without any treatment and has no effect on the patient's kidneys.

5. Damage to renal tissues. Generally, renal puncture causes minor damage to renal tissues. However, due to the difficulty in accurately positioning the puncture point, the liver, spleen, gallbladder or intestine may be mistakenly punctured, causing complications.

6. Accompanied by infection. Infection after puncture is mostly caused by lax sterile concept or the spread of bacteria from the original kidney infection after puncture.
