1. Reduce salt intake

The food in restaurants often adds a lot of condiments, so the salt content is much higher than that of home-made dishes. 4. Chest massage relieves pain

Technique: First, use the palms of both hands to gently wrap one breast from both sides. Then tighten your hands and use your thumbs at the base of the breasts to push the breasts upward from the bottom. Repeat 10 times on each side. 5. Isolate caffeine
