What are the types of measles?

No matter which type of urticaria, once it occurs in the human body, it will cause symptoms of itching, redness and swelling. Urticaria is manifested by redness and swelling in patches, so urticaria is also contagious. Based on the causes of urticaria and the different symptoms it manifests in the human body, people have divided urticaria into several different types. Today I will explain to you in detail the types of urticaria.

Types of urticaria 1. Chronic urticaria. The systemic symptoms of chronic urticaria are generally not obvious. The size of the wheals varies greatly, sometimes large and sometimes small, and they recur repeatedly. In some cases, the course of the disease can even last for months or even years, causing serious distress and harm to the patients.

Types of urticaria 2. Acute urticaria. Compared with chronic urticaria, acute urticaria has an acute onset and severe itching. After the onset of the disease, congested, edematous wheals of varying sizes will quickly appear on the affected area. However, acute urticaria comes on quickly and disappears quickly. It may recur several times within 24 hours, and if the condition is not controlled in time, urticaria will continue to spread and expand. Some patients with more serious conditions may also experience serious symptoms such as palpitations, irritability, nausea, and vomiting.

Types of urticaria 3. Artificial urticaria. Also known as skin scratching. This type of disease is caused by skin being scratched by nails or other sharp objects, resulting in skin protrusions along the scratches. Usually, patients feel itchy.

Type 4 of urticaria: Solar urticaria. This type of urticaria is caused by the rapid appearance of itching, erythema and wheals in the local area after the skin is strongly exposed to ultraviolet rays for a period of time. Solar urticaria usually disappears within a few hours after onset, and at the same time the patient may experience symptoms such as chills, fainting, and intestinal cramps.

The above are 4 types of urticaria. Since the causes of urticaria are complex and diverse, patients should seek medical treatment promptly if they develop the disease; in addition, allergens should be avoided in daily life. For example, when diagnosing and treating other diseases, skin tests should be conducted on certain drugs used; avoid the intake of foods that are prone to allergies, such as seafood, etc.
