1. Maintain the natural curvature of the human body. If you maintain the natural curvature of the human body while sleeping, the cervical spine and even the body will be in a relaxed state, and nerve compression will be relieved. Therefore, this posture is very helpful for the treatment and rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis.

2 The pillow should not be too high or too low when sleeping. If the pillow is too high, you will be in a state of lowering your head all night, just like lowering your head to play with your mobile phone, which will put the cervical spine in a state of compression. If this continues for a long time, it is normal for cervical spondylosis to occur or worsen.

3. Be careful to avoid getting a stiff neck when turning over. Many times when we wake up in the morning we suddenly find that we have a stiff neck, and we don’t even know what’s going on. This is because we inadvertently press our neck while sleeping. Since we are in an unconscious state when we sleep at night, if we feel any discomfort when turning over, we must make timely adjustments.

4 Try to keep yourself comfortable before going to bed. We all know that the heart is located on the left side of the human body, so if you sleep on your left side, it will compress the heart. Many people will choose to sleep on the right side, but in fact, sleeping too left or too right is not good. Generally speaking, sleeping on the right means sleeping slightly to the right so that the whole body is comfortable.

5 Sleeping posture We care a lot about before and during bedtime, but few people pay attention to after waking up. Many times, we get up too quickly in the morning and experience dizziness. At this time, there is no need to divide by age. Everyone should get up slowly and move the head slowly and not too violently.

6 In life, everyone has different sleeping postures, many of which are very harmful to the cervical spine, so you should change bad postures in time, choose supine posture, take good care of your cervical spine, and live your life with a healthy body.
