Very hard stomach

Very hard stomach

In addition to the fact that the hard stomach is caused by the abdominal muscles, patients should consider whether it is caused by some kind of disease in the stomach. Most men like to build abdominal muscles on their stomachs, but for normal people, their stomachs are soft. Some people find that the flesh on their stomach is very hard when they touch it. The main reasons that cause a person's stomach to become hard are as follows.

What causes a hard stomach?

1. The stomach must be soft:

A hard stomach means insomnia; a hard stomach means a bad temper;

A hard belly means spots on the face; a hard belly means acne on the face.

2. The stomach must be warm:

A cold stomach means cold hands and feet; a cold stomach means many diseases;

The stomach is cold and hurts all over; the stomach hurts, with yellow and black spots.

3. If a woman's belly temperature is one degree higher, the incidence of gynecological diseases will be reduced by half;

4. Rub your belly before menstruation. If you do it for one year, you will be two years more beautiful. If you do it for three years, you will be disease-free.

5. Show your shoulders and chest, but not your belly. Exposing your belly will shorten your life.

6. Press the area around the navel frequently to maintain your vital energy; keep the area around the navel warm to avoid diseases.

7. Eat hungry regularly to relieve the burden on your stomach; eat less at dinner to relieve the burden on your stomach; massage your stomach before menstruation to relieve the burden on your stomach.

8. The face is the flower, the chest is the leaf, and the uterus is the root. If the root is damaged , the leaves will be damaged and the flower will wither.

9. If you eat cold food during menstruation, you will have stomachache; if you don’t keep warm during menstruation, your hands and feet will be cold; if you stay up late during menstruation, you will have spots on your face.

The "belly" mentioned here mainly refers to the area around the navel. Around the navel, there are important meridians such as the Ren Meridian, Stomach Meridian, Kidney Meridian, Liver Meridian, Spleen Meridian, as well as the Chong Meridian and Dai Meridian passing through here. The area around the navel is like a transportation hub in the human body and is very important! From the throat to the external genitalia, everything is inseparable from this center.

A hard stomach and blocked meridians will inevitably affect the circulation of Qi and blood, leading to the occurrence of physical illness. Such as cold limbs, sore throat, weak spleen and stomach function, gynecological diseases in women, and severe cases leading to uterine coldness and infertility in men. And disharmony in the sexual life of couples, etc.

There is a saying in medicine: "To cure a disease, one must seek its root cause."

As long as the root cause of the disease is found, no matter how the disease changes, it will remain essentially the same and will be under control.

As the saying goes: "If your stomach is soft, you won't have any illnesses."

Why is the stomach hard? These are all internal things - "turbid air, turbid water, and old stool".

Where does the foul air come from?

When we quarrel, hold grudges...it will produce turbid air; in spring, the liver qi is too strong, and the body's poor discharge will also produce qi. Because this turbid air has no normal channel to be released, it rushes around in the body. When the qi goes up to the head, it will cause a headache. When it rushes to the limbs, it will cause rheumatism. When it enters the gastrointestinal tract, it will cause ulcers.

This kind of stagnation of Qi hinders the normal flow of Qi and blood, slowing down blood circulation. It can easily accumulate in the body or form tumors, because Qi stagnation will lead to blood stasis! Blood stasis will inevitably manifest itself in various symptoms, which are the various diseases mentioned in Western medicine, such as liver and gallbladder disease, kidney disease, hypertension, heart disease, menstrual disorders and tumors, etc. The Chinese medicine saying that all diseases are caused by Qi is exactly this meaning.

Turbid water is dampness. If this dampness is not discharged early, it will go up the meridians to the head and cause headaches and dizziness, clog the pores and cause dermatitis and eczema, turn into phlegm when it encounters liver fire, and cause diarrhea when it encounters spleen deficiency. It has endless consequences and must be removed early.

How to clear it out? The simple method of pushing the abdomen can help you eliminate the three turbidities. Pushing the abdomen, as the name suggests, means pushing the belly. You can use your fingers, palms, or fists. It is best to push from the Adam's apple to the lower abdomen.

Some people have many pain points in their stomachs. Most of the pain points that can be relieved by the "abdominal pushing method" are temporary gas stagnation. Some pain points cannot be relieved by this method. Usually, it is because the qi has been stagnant for a long time and there is blood stasis blocking it. At this time, you can check which meridian the pain point is pressing on. Just tapping and massaging the acupoints of this meridian on the thigh can help unblock the stagnation. You can also apply moxibustion to the entire abdomen while tapping and massaging.

Some people have a soft stomach and it doesn't hurt when pressing anywhere, but they still feel bloated and uncomfortable in the abdomen. This is usually caused by insufficient middle qi and too little qi and blood. You must replenish the middle qi first. Moxibustion on the navel, qihai and Guanyuan acupoints with moxa sticks is very effective.

After persisting in using the abdominal pushing method, your stomach or abdomen may hurt more frequently, or have dull pain or diarrhea, and many gastrointestinal symptoms may appear. This is a sign of improvement. Keep pushing, and after a period of time: the degree, depth and location of the pain will change, and you won’t even feel pain without pushing hard. Then you should look for the blockage point in your abdomen, which may be a lump, a pain point, a "sink", or an "air mass". As long as you push and rub it, you will find that your chronic disease will disappear as well.

Push for 10 minutes once when you wake up in the morning, and once for 10 minutes before going to bed at night. When you walk or watch TV, you can use your hollow fists to hit your belly, waist, and buttocks to open up the meridians in other parts of the body, which is also very beneficial for unblocking congestion in the stomach.

Some people will burp and fart when they push. This is because the clear air rises and the turbid air falls, which is the best effect. The best way is to insist on expelling turbid air every day and prevent illness.

“Radish helps with digestion.” In folk customs, if you have poor digestion, your elders will tell you to eat radish.

There is also a very harmful cold that invades our bodies. Where does cold air come from? In summer, drinking all kinds of iced cold drinks; using air conditioning; girls always wearing short skirts and shorts; getting infusions and drinking herbal teas can all make it easy for cold air to invade the body.

Remember, "fire goes up and cold sinks down." If there is coldness in the body, Qi and blood will stagnate, which is called "blood stasis caused by cold." If the cold air stays in the joints, it will cause pain; if it stays in the internal organs, it will easily cause swelling; if it stays in the meridians, it will block the meridians and the circulation of Qi and blood will be blocked. Not only will the limbs be cold, but there will often be symptoms of numbness in the hands and feet. Stomach cold and dysmenorrhea in girls are mostly caused by cold.

The best way to solve the problem of a hard stomach is to combine morning and evening abdominal massage and moxibustion.

Saying that abdominal pushing is a method is actually emphasizing the importance of expelling impurities. Push it however you want. It can be kneaded, rubbed, pressed, tapped, warmed, moxibustioned, scraped and cupped. The purpose is to soften the stomach! Of course it would be best if you have your own little tricks.

People who often push their abdomen but feel no movement and are afraid of cold often have accumulated cold in the abdomen. If the accumulated cold is shallow, apply moxibustion on Zhongwan and Shenque. If the accumulated cold is severe, you can apply moxibustion to the back Shu points. The Shu points can directly connect to the internal organs and expel the cold quickly.

It is best to push the abdomen from the Adam's apple all the way down, because there is a place between the two breasts that is prone to congestion, the "Tan Zhong Point". If you push this place every day, your breast disease will be cured.

After pushing the abdomen at night, put a square 4-hole moxibustion box on your navel, then light a moxa stick and moxibustion for 30 minutes. The warm yang energy of the moxa will enter your abdomen. Many people report that after pushing the abdomen and moxibustion for a while, the whole abdomen feels warm, and sometimes there is a warm current flowing to the soles of the feet, and the sleep at night is very good!
