250 grams of chives and 100 grams of brown sugar. Wash the leeks, mash them and extract the juice. Add appropriate amount of brown sugar and water to boil, add leek juice and drink it. Take it once a day when dysmenorrhea occurs, for 2-3 days in a row, lie prone after drinking and take the tablets.

6 grams of donkey-hide gelatin and 50 milliliters of rice wine. Fry the donkey-hide gelatin with clam powder and grind it into fine powder. Take the powder with rice wine and appropriate amount of warm water.

3 days before menstruation, use 3 grams of pepper powder and vinegar to make a paste, and divide it into 2 equal parts. Take 2 pieces of adhesive tape, put the pepper paste on the tape, apply it to the Yongquan acupoints on both sides, and massage for 10 minutes.

Within 3 days before menstruation, overlap your hands every night, press your palms down on the center of your lower abdomen, and rub in a counterclockwise rotation for 10 minutes. At the same time, push back from the lower abdomen to the navel 30-50 times.

Before going to bed, press the palms of your hands on both sides of the kidney points, you will immediately feel warm. 5. Tea therapy for dysmenorrhea:

It is composed of 10 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 10 grams of Linderae umbellatae, 10 grams of Corydalis yanhusuo, and 3 grams of cinnamon bark. For those who experience dull pain in the lower abdomen, occasional bloating, or occasional coldness in the lower abdomen before or during menstruation due to external factors such as cold and dampness, insufficient qi and blood, or emotional distress, which will be relieved by heat, you can grind the above medicine into powder, brew it with boiling water instead of tea, 2 doses a day, for 3-5 days. This tea recipe has strong effects in warming the meridians, regulating qi and relieving pain.
