It is suitable for patients with acute bronchitis who have excessive and sticky sputum and have difficulty in expectorating sputum.

It can be drunk at will and is suitable for people with long-term cough due to internal injuries (cough, white sputum and poor appetite).

Golden Buckwheat Lean Meat Soup

Take 250 grams of lean pork, 100 grams of golden buckwheat, 30 grams of wax gourd seeds, 15 grams of platycodon, 3 slices of ginger, and 5 red dates. Wash the pork, cut into pieces, and rinse with boiling water; wash the golden buckwheat, wax gourd seeds, platycodon, and red dates (pitted), put them into a stewing pot, add warm water, cover it, and stew it over low heat for 3 hours. It can be consumed with meals, 1 to 3 times a day, 150 to 250 ml each time. Suitable for people with internal heat toxins (fever, cough, and excessive sputum).
