Hypertensive nephropathy

Hypertensive nephropathy

We live on this earth and face different environments every day. It is inevitable that our bodies will have abnormalities and cause diseases. One of the more common diseases is kidney disease, which includes hypertensive nephropathy. However, since we don’t know much about hypertensive nephropathy, we are very confused when faced with the occurrence of hypertensive nephropathy and don’t know what method to choose to treat the disease.

Hypertensive nephropathy is a disease with a relatively high incidence in recent years. The occurrence of this disease greatly disrupts people's work and life. Therefore, we should learn more about hypertensive nephropathy, detect the disease in time, and treat the disease in time.

Hypertensive nephropathy is a disease caused by primary hypertension, including benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis (also known as hypertensive renal arteriolar nephrosclerosis) and malignant arteriolar nephrosclerosis, accompanied by corresponding clinical manifestations. Hypertension increases the blood pressure in blood vessels, which can cause protein to leak out. Once protein leaks out, it will damage the kidney's filtration system, creating a vicious cycle. The diagnosis is confirmed based on the cause, medical history, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests. Treatment methods include vasodilation, anti-inflammation, anticoagulation and degradation.

1. Dilate blood vessels

Dilation of small arteries at all levels of the kidneys, because high blood pressure stimulation leads to ischemia and hypoxia of the glomerular microvasculature. The purpose of vasodilation is to improve the blood supply to the renal blood circulation systems, relieve the ischemic and hypoxic state of the kidney's intrinsic cells, prevent hypertension from damaging the renal vascular endothelial cells, and promote blood circulation throughout the body.

2. Anti-inflammatory

Reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells and avoid the damage of inflammatory factors to endothelial cells. Fundamentally solve the inflammatory response, the initiating factor of renal fibrosis, block the process of renal fibrosis, and protect renal intrinsic cells.

The above content is a detailed introduction to hypertensive nephropathy. I hope it can be helpful to everyone. In addition, the incidence of hypertensive nephropathy is relatively high. We cannot ignore this disease. We must learn more about hypertensive nephropathy and control it as soon as the disease occurs to ensure our health.
