Allergic urticaria

Allergic urticaria

A large proportion of people in life have allergic constitutions. Some people are allergic to certain foods, some are allergic to alcohol, and some are allergic to iron. Once they come into contact with those allergens, they will suffer from allergies. After the allergy, itchy bumps will appear on certain parts of the body, which are extremely itchy. Allergic urticaria is the same disease. Once the patient is allergic, severe cases will be accompanied by difficulty breathing and even numbness of the limbs.

Skin diseases are very common and multiple in daily life. Allergic urticaria is one of them. It is usually very itchy at the beginning, and a red spot will appear when you scratch it, and the more you scratch it, the more it appears. In daily life, patients with allergic urticaria need to pay attention to keep warm and not catch cold, as cold will aggravate the condition.

Allergic urticaria is mostly caused by allergic mechanisms. The allergens in food (mostly foreign proteins) stimulate the human body to produce specific antibodies IgE (immunoglobulin E). This IgE antibody attaches to mast cells or alkaliphilic leukocytes in the body. When this food is eaten again, the IgE antibody combines with the allergens in the food, causing the mast cells and alkaliphilic leukocytes to release histamine. Histamine acts on blood vessels, causing them to dilate and increase permeability, resulting in large amounts of protein and fluid extravasating into the skin tissue, thus causing urticaria. This is a type I allergic reaction.

What are the symptoms of allergic urticaria? Why does urticaria occur? It is mainly due to allergens. When you come into contact with allergens, an attack will occur. During an attack, the hands and feet will be extremely itchy, the limbs will be numb, breathing will be difficult, the head will be numb, and then some soybean-sized blister-like rashes will appear on the body. When an attack occurs, take some medicine and it will disappear completely in about 3 hours, just like normal, and you won't be able to see it afterwards. The characteristic of allergic urticaria is the appearance of patches of wheals of varying sizes, accompanied by severe itching. Many people know that hives are caused by allergies. In fact, urticaria is closely related to emotional tension.

Urticaria is a common skin disease in clinical practice. In addition to allergies to seafood, drugs, etc., the recent changeable climate and the influence of factors such as respiratory infections on patients can also cause allergic reactions in the body, leading to urticaria on the skin. The main manifestations are red wheals on the skin all over the body, which are patchy and itchy.

Allergic diseases are recognized as intractable diseases in the world! At present, 22% of the world's population suffers from allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, dermatitis, etc., among which children have the largest number, and the rate of increase is 2.3 times per year! Some experts predict that by 2016, the prevalence of allergies will reach 40%! In China, more than 200 million people suffer from allergic diseases and suffer from illness for a long time.

The treatment of some chronic skin diseases is very difficult. Allergic urticaria patients are divided into acute and chronic. No matter what the symptoms are, patients need to pay attention to them and go to a regular hospital for treatment using regular methods. Patients need to strengthen nutrition in their daily lives, improve their own immunity, and avoid repeated recurrences of allergic urticaria.
