Can neurosis heal itself?

Do we know what neurosis is? It is a very common mental illness, but we know very little about this disease. Even if we have it, we may not find it, which is very unfavorable for early treatment. We must realize that neurosis is very harmful, especially if it is not treated early, it may cause some cancers. Can neurosis heal itself?

Neurosis is a very stubborn disease. In today's society, people are under great pressure and competition. Some people do not like to talk and like to keep things in their hearts. Long-term depression and excessive worry will cause the occurrence of this disease. After the symptoms appear, they need to seek treatment. So, can neurosis heal itself?

1. Palpitations are the most common symptom of neurosis. Patients always feel that their heartbeat is abnormal, their heartbeat increases, and they feel palpitations. Sometimes they feel that their heart suddenly jumps, followed by a brief panic. During the examination, it was found that the heart was beating too fast and the apex of the heart was beating strongly.

2. The most obvious symptom of neurosis is difficulty breathing. For example, the patient always feels that the air he inhales is not enough, or feels chest tightness, so he needs to take deep breaths or breathe like a long sigh. Due to the increase in breathing depth and frequency, hyperventilation is likely to occur over a long period of time, causing respiratory alkali poisoning, such as dizziness, numbness of the limbs, convulsions, etc.

3. Precordial pain is also a symptom of neurosis. Patients always feel it, often stabbing or knife-like pain in the apex of the heart and the area under the left breast, sometimes chest tightness and dull pain. The pain time can be long or short, sometimes only a few seconds, sometimes as long as several hours. The pain has nothing to do with whether or not to do physical activity, and most of the time it occurs when quiet, and sometimes it can last for several days or longer after work stress or emotional excitement.

4. Symptoms of neurosis also include symptoms of autonomic nervous system dysfunction, such as: sweating, cold hands and feet, tremors in both hands, upper abdominal distension, abdominal pain, frequent urination, increased bowel movements or constipation, etc.

Patients with neurosis should not worry too much. The most important thing to cure such mental illness is to rely on oneself. As for whether neurosis can heal itself, if the patient is in good condition, the symptoms of this disease will disappear. If the condition is serious, you still need to go to the hospital for treatment. Don't let the disease affect your work and life.
