2. People with skin allergies should use 75-degree alcohol, and generally use 95-degree alcohol

3. Drink at least 2 cups of warm water after finishing, drink more, and keep warm for at least 45 minutes

4. Do not take a bath within 12 hours, use warm water to wash your face and hands

5. Afraid of wind, air conditioning, electric fans, and cold water, because the sweat pores are already open and need to be closed slowly

6. When spraying alcohol, remember not to intercept horizontally and do not break the line

7. Before doing fire therapy, press from the cervical vertebrae to the coccyx to see if the spine is deformed.

8. Drink plenty of warm water before and after fire therapy (never drink cold water, eat cold food or drink cold drinks).
