Normal triglyceride levels

Normal triglyceride levels

In our daily routine physical examinations, triglycerides are often tested. Triglycerides are an important component of blood lipids, and it is also a warning light for detecting whether we suffer from hyperlipidemia. Ninety percent of obese people have high triglycerides, so how should we control triglycerides in our lives? Let us introduce it below.

The triglyceride content in blood lipids has a normal range. Within this normal range, our body will not have any alarms and is safe. If we are not clear about our triglyceride indicators, we should go to the hospital for testing. So what is the normal value of triglycerides?

The normal range of triglycerides is: men: 0.45~1.81mmol/L, women: 0.40~1.53mmol/L. The critical level of triglycerides is defined as: 1.70~2.26mmol/L. Typically, the triglyceride value that requires drug treatment is over 2.26 mmol/L. On the other hand, it also shows that the lower limit target for the treatment of high triglycerides is also a triglyceride value less than 2.26 mmol/L.

In our daily life, paying attention to eating habits can effectively keep triglycerides within a normal range. Garlic, eggplant, mushrooms, fungus, onion, kelp, fish, vegetable oil, cauliflower, oat bran, hawthorn, apple, these are all good foods for lowering triglycerides. It is recommended to eat them frequently. In addition, you should quit smoking and limit alcohol (it is best not to drink), and exercise properly, as life lies in exercise. You cannot eat sweets, but you can eat fish (seafood fish), soybeans and soy products, poultry, lean meat, etc., which can provide high-quality protein, unsaturated fatty acids, and foods low in cholesterol.

Maintaining a good living habit and schedule is responsible for our body and family, so we must stick to a healthy and nutritious diet, not overeating or drinking, and have a normal schedule. Having a healthy body is the greatest wealth.
