Diet therapy for oral ulcers

Diet therapy for oral ulcers

You will often find that the innermost part of your mouth hurts, sometimes it is broken, and sometimes a small bubble appears. In fact, this is an oral ulcer. Whenever I have oral ulcers in my mouth, I feel very uncomfortable, especially when I eat, as the ulcers will easily touch the area. This makes it hard to eat comfortably, and it really makes me feel uncomfortable. But I don’t know how to solve it.

In fact, the growth of oral ulcers is actually closely related to getting angry. Oral ulcers are not terrible, but once oral ulcers break, if they are not cleaned in time, they can easily cause other inflammations in the oral cavity. Therefore, the treatment of oral ulcers is also very important.

Honey gargle method: You can gargle with 10% honey, which can reduce inflammation, relieve pain and promote cell regeneration.

Honey therapy: Wash your mouth clean, then apply honey on the ulcer surface with a sterilized cotton swab. Do not eat or drink after application. After about 15 minutes, you can swallow the honey and saliva, and then continue to apply it. You can repeat the application several times a day.

Zinc sulfate therapy: Take zinc sulfate tablets or 12% zinc sulfate syrup, 40-80 mg each time for adults, 3 times a day. Generally, it will be cured after 5-7 days of continuous use.

Fungus therapy: Take 10 grams each of white fungus, black fungus and hawthorn, decoct them in water, drink the soup and eat the fungus, 1-2 times a day, to treat oral ulcers.

Cocoa therapy: Mix cocoa powder and honey into a paste, gargle it frequently, several times a day to treat oral inflammation and ulcers.

Cabbage root therapy: Take 60 grams of cabbage root, 15 grams of garlic sprouts, and 10 dates, decocted in water and taken 1 to 2 times a day to treat oral ulcers.

Rapeseed therapy: Take 30 grams of white radish seeds, 30 grams of mustard seeds, and 15 grams of green onion, mash them together, and apply them to the soles of the feet, once a day, to treat oral ulcers.

Apple therapy: Take an apple (pear is also fine), cut it into slices and put it in a container, add cold water (enough to cover the apple or pear to be cooked) and heat it until boiling. After it cools down a little, hold it in your mouth together with wine for a while before eating. Use it for a few days to cure the disease.

Walnut shell therapy: Boil 30-50 grams of walnuts in water twice, and take it once in the morning and evening every day.

The above is an introduction to the dietary therapy for oral ulcers. The reason for introducing the dietary therapy is because everyone knows what medicine to take for oral ulcers, but in fact the safest and most effective method is also dietary therapy. If you remember the dietary therapy methods, you can easily treat oral ulcers without going to the hospital or pharmacy.
