Chinese medicine prescription for dampness

Many physical problems are related to dampness in the body. You can use traditional Chinese medicine for conditioning, which does not necessarily require traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for excessive moisture.

1. Shengyang Qushi Decoction

This soup is made up of Chinese medicinal materials such as red peony root, scutellaria baicalensis, saposhnikovia divaricata, king of electronic music, angelica dahurica, cimicifuga heracleifolia, raw licorice, poria, oriental water chestnut, wheat germplasm, and umbellate. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach. It is a very good prescription for removing dampness for people with spleen deficiency and heavy dampness. It can alleviate many symptoms caused by excessive dampness, such as poor appetite and loose stools. If you are a person with cold body, you can add ginger slices and red dates to boil together.

2. Liujunzi Decoction

The required Chinese medicinal materials include ginseng, raw licorice, coix seed, Poria, Pinellia and Atractylodes macrocephala. Its main function is to strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, replenish qi and blood, relieve cough and reduce phlegm. It can treat chronic gastritis caused by weak spleen and stomach. Red dates and ginger slices can also be added to soak together.

3. Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction

This recipe for removing dampness is composed of Notopterygium wilfordii, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Angelica dahurica, Licorice, Notopterygium wilfordii, Saposhnikovia divaricata, and Vitex manji. It can dispel wind, clear heat, promote dampness, promote blood circulation and relieve pain. It can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

4. Spleen-strengthening and Dampness-removing Soup

This prescription consists of Chinese yam, coix seed, white cardamom seed, raw coix seed, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, raw snow pea, Phellodendron chinense, Poria cocos, cinnamon twig, Citrus aurantium, Radix Dipterocarpon, bee pollen, etc. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, clearing away heat and detoxifying.

5. Urticaria Soup

This soup is made of coix seed, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, red peony root, moutan bark, saposhnikovia divaricata, Tribulus terrestris, Schizonepeta tenuifolia, Notopterygium wilfordii, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Scutellaria baicalensis, dead insect, and dragon bone. It can strengthen the spleen and stomach, prevent wind and relieve pain. This prescription was originally used to treat urticaria, hence the name.

6. Ling Gui Shu Gan Tang

The Chinese medicinal materials include coix seed, peeled cinnamon twig, raw licorice, Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos. Its function is to strengthen the spleen and stomach and eliminate dampness. It has a therapeutic effect on the symptoms of dampness accumulation in the body. It also has the effect of promoting yang and can alleviate yang deficiency.

7. Banxia Xiexin Decoction

The key Chinese medicinal materials include Pinellia, Scutellaria, raw licorice, ginseng, Scutellaria, roasted ginger, red dates, etc., which have the effects of dispelling cold, strengthening the spleen and stomach, removing dampness and replenishing Qi and blood. This prescription originated from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and is a good prescription for strengthening the spleen and body.
