The best way to treat tinea cruris

Tinea cruris is a common skin disease, just like some common tinea pedis and tinea manuum. Patients infected with tinea cruris know that this type of tinea grows on the inner side of the thigh near the scrotum, and some small red papules and some white scales will appear. Once you are infected with tinea cruris, you will feel extremely itchy and can't help but want to scratch it with your hands. At first, people who suffer from jock itch may not notice that they have this skin disease until all the symptoms of the disease appear and they realize how difficult the disease is to treat.

We all know that curing skin diseases is not an easy task, because many people will suffer from recurring diseases if they interrupt the treatment process or use the wrong methods. Moreover, skin diseases are contagious. If you use the patient's personal towels and other items, you may be infected with tinea cruris.

1. Psoriasis: Fresh elm juice can treat psoriasis. Pick a few fresh elm branches, squeeze out the juice and apply it to the affected area (the juice can only be used once). Apply once a day for 10 days to cure the disease completely.

2. Grind raw bitter almonds (any amount) into powder, add vinegar to make a paste, spread it on a cloth and apply to the affected area (the affected area must be cleaned first), fix it with a bandage, and replace it with a new one every 24 hours.

3. Take an egg, make a small hole in it, and discard the yolk. Fill the egg with vinegar, cover the hole and leave it for seven days. When using, first wash the affected area with salt water, mix the egg yolk and vinegar, and apply to the affected area. Once in the morning and evening.

4. Purslane and mung bean porridge: Put 60 grams of fresh purslane into boiling water, blanch it and chop it into pieces, add 50-100 grams of polished rice and 30 grams of mung beans, put them into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, add purslane when the polished rice and mung beans are almost cooked, and cook for another 5 minutes.

The above introduces some related therapies, but the specific steps still need to follow the doctor's advice. If you find that you have this disease, you must take relevant preventive measures. Your underwear and toiletries must be separated to avoid cross-infection. The patient's patience and persistence are also needed in the process of treating the disease.
