Symptoms of missed miscarriage

Many of our friends may not be able to understand the disease of missed abortion in life because they lack some necessary medical knowledge. In fact, missed abortion means that after a miscarriage, the dead fetus still remains in the uterine cavity. This is the disease of missed abortion. The symptoms of missed abortion are mainly amenorrhea or early pregnancy and abdominal pain. I hope that female friends can understand it correctly in their lives.

In life, only when patients know the symptoms of missed abortion can they discover the existence of missed abortion in time. This is very helpful for the treatment of missed abortion. I hope you can learn more about missed abortion in life.

Missed abortion is also known as missed abortion or retained fetus. If the embryo dies but remains in the uterine cavity, the products of pregnancy are usually expelled within 1 to 2 months after the onset of symptoms. Therefore, it is stipulated that if the embryo has not been expelled naturally within 2 months after it stops developing, it is called missed abortion.

1. Amenorrhea and early pregnancy reactions. Maybe you had symptoms of threatened miscarriage some time ago, but your uterus no longer grows or even shrinks. If it is the second trimester, the pregnant woman does not feel her abdomen enlarged, there is no fetal movement, and gynecological examination shows that the cervix is closed, the uterus is more than 2 months smaller than the gestational month, and the texture is not soft. The fetal heartbeat was not heard.

2. Abdominal pain: In early miscarriage, after the bleeding begins, there is blood in the uterine cavity, especially blood clots, which stimulate uterine contraction and cause persistent lower abdominal pain. In late miscarriage, there is paroxysmal uterine contraction first and then placental detachment, so there is abdominal pain before vaginal bleeding.

3. The color of the blood: The blood is bright red at the beginning of miscarriage and turns into dark red or brown over time. The blood is often light red or brown in small amounts in ectopic pregnancy; and dark red in hydatidiform mole.

4. Vaginal bleeding: In cases of miscarriage within 3 months of pregnancy, the chorion and decidua separate and the blood sinuses open, and bleeding begins. When the embryo is completely detached and expelled from the uterus, the blood sinuses close due to strong contraction and the bleeding stops.

The above is an introduction to the symptoms of missed abortion. I hope everyone can understand it well in life. This will be of great help for patients to treat missed abortion in time in life. In life, we should not only understand the symptoms of missed abortion, but also know the treatment methods and causes of missed abortion.
