Causes of Cystitis Glandularis

Causes of Cystitis Glandularis

We know that any disease has a certain cause when it occurs. Finding the cause of the disease when treating the disease can also treat the disease more specifically and achieve better treatment results. There are many causes of glandular cystitis, including internal infection, stones, and human papillomavirus. We should pay more attention to them in our lives. So, what are the main causes of cystitis glandularis?

Glandular cystitis can cause great harm to the body. Patients will experience discomfort such as frequent urination and urgency when they are ill. In severe cases, they may even suffer from hematuria and renal failure. We need to detect the disease in a timely manner and actively treat it.

What is the cause of glandular cystitis? Cause 1 of glandular cystitis: infection or long-term stimulation by stones, etc. When the bladder mucosa is infected by bacteria and stimulated by stones, or under the long-term stimulation of certain substances in the residual urine, the bladder mucosal epithelium metaplasia, the basal cells proliferate in a focal manner, and extend to the lamina propria, forming a solid epithelial cell nest-like glandular structure, which is glandular cystitis. After diagnosis, patients can be effectively treated by taking diuretic and anti-inflammatory pills orally.

The second cause of glandular cystitis: human papillomavirus infection. Glandular cystitis is characterized by papillary and follicular hyperplasia and vacuolar lesions in epithelial cells. These characteristics are similar to the pathological characteristics of human papillomavirus infection, especially the vacuolar lesions in epithelial cells, which are considered to be the characteristic pathological signs of human papillomavirus infection. The third cause of glandular cystitis: due to embryonic organ development, some intestinal epithelial cells of the endoderm remain in the bladder and can develop into intestinal epithelial-like glands in the connective tissue under the transitional epithelium. From an embryological perspective, the bladder and rectum originate from the primitive cloaca. The glands in the bladder of glandular cystitis are morphologically very similar to normal intestinal glands, and these glands may have developed from embryonic remnants.

The above content is an introduction to the causes of glandular cystitis. I hope it can be of some help to you. After we find the cause of the disease, the next step is to actively treat the disease. Based on your physical condition, you should choose a treatment method that suits you, actively cooperate with the treatment, and let your body recover as soon as possible. In life, we must establish awareness of disease prevention and better protect our bodies.
