How to cure keloid

How to cure keloid

Regarding scars of all sizes on the body, people who care about their skin will try every possible means to remove them. Some people with a tendency to scar hyperplasia will even find that the scars on the surface of their skin are gradually developing into keloids. Keloids are often the result of scar hyperplasia, which makes the wound look uneven. So what are some medical methods for treating keloids?

Five treatments for keloid scars

1. TDP far infrared physical therapy

Once a day, mainly for inflammatory hyperplastic scars and keloids caused by burns and scalds, 30 minutes each time, and extending the time appropriately can enhance the effect. It has a good effect on softening scars, promoting trauma recovery and eliminating inflammation.

2. Ultrasonic introduction method

Ultrasound can disperse collagen cellulose and have a certain softening effect on scar tissue. It should be used once a day for 8-15 minutes each time, with 15 times as a course of treatment, to promote drug absorption.

3. Acupressure massage

After heat treatment, massage in a counterclockwise direction for about 10 minutes with slight force.

Compression therapy

Generally, an elastic sleeve is selected, which must be tailor-made for the patient.

This method is suitable for those with large scars that are not suitable for local drug treatment. It is effective in preventing scar hyperplasia and hyperplastic scars (1-3 months), but is ineffective for scars in the regression and mature stages.

5. Internal Therapy

In scar treatment, we should follow the principle of dialectical unity, with external treatment as the main approach. It is best to cooperate with internal treatment for patients with symptomatic stubborn scars, large-area scars and scars in young and middle-aged people.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Keloid

First, let’s take a look at the introduction of the small scar-removing recipe: 30 grams of Aconitum carmichaelii, 0.6 grams of Aconitum white, 1.2 grams of Magnolia officinalis, and 0.4 grams of Asarum. Soak the above medicinal wine overnight, add 50 ml of mutton fat, simmer over low heat, boil three times, and remove the residue. Wash the scar with licorice and then apply it. These four types of medicine together can dispel wind-heat, reduce swelling and resolve nodules, thus eliminating keloids. Licorice is sweet, mild and has the properties of detoxification and harmonization, which can promote scar healing. This method is also very effective.

Another method is to add Panax notoginseng powder and vinegar. Take an appropriate amount of Panax notoginseng powder and mix it with vinegar to make a paste. Apply it to the affected area three times a day. Generally, the medication needs to be used for more than 20-30 days.

This prescription is mainly used to treat keloids. Panax notoginseng has a very strong effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and then through promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and relieving inflammation, it can make scars softer and flatter, softening keloids and eliminating pain and itching. This can also help remove scars better.

Another most effective one is the Six-Ingredient Scar-Mitigating Ointment, which includes equal parts of chicken droppings white, eagle droppings white, peony, white mullet, whitefish (the whole insect of the silverfish family), and white bee. Grind them into powder, mix with milk, and store in a bottle for later use.

Apply to keloids 3 times a day. This ancient recipe is specifically used to treat keloids. Among them, white fish and eagle dung white and honey are used to treat protruding scars; eagle dung white is diuretic and heat-dissipating, dispels wind and detoxifies; white peony clears away heat and detoxifies, reduces swelling and promotes tissue regeneration; peony nourishes blood and promotes blood circulation, moisturizes the skin and makes the face beautiful. This method is currently the most popular one.
