Ways to take good care of your eyes

1. Eye-turning method: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, chest out, and head tilted back. Extend your right index finger, look at the fingertip, draw circles with your right hand, and follow the movement with your eyes without moving your head. First turn from right to left 10 times, then turn from left to right 10 times. Then stop, relax your muscles, switch to your left hand and repeat the above movement 3 times. This method is an exercise for the eye muscles, which can relax the eye muscles, refresh the brain and improve eyesight.

2. Crystal gymnastics: Find a place with a wide field of vision, look at the distant scenery (or font about 30 meters away), raise your right hand about 30 cm away from your eyes, look at the palm lines, and then look at the distant objects alternately, back and forth about 20 times. This method relaxes the lens and prevents ciliary muscle spasm.

3. Massage: Massaging the eye sockets and face can also effectively relieve visual fatigue. Many meridians of the human body's internal organs pass through the face and eyes. Massage for 10 minutes each time, several times a day, persistently. It is not only beneficial to the health of the eyes, but also to the health of the entire body.
