Anti-shock treatment

Anti-shock treatment

Shock mainly occurs in the elderly and may put their lives in danger. I hope that as children, you should know how to treat shock. Anti-shock can generally be achieved by increasing blood circulation in the body and enhancing the metabolic function of cells. Let us now understand how to treat the disease of anti-shock.

Shock refers to a critical syndrome caused by the invasion of various pathogenic factors, characterized by a sharp decrease in effective circulating blood volume, insufficient microcirculatory perfusion, cell metabolism disorders and damage to major organs. Therefore, shock itself is not an independent disease, but a common pathophysiological process caused by various reasons. It can often develop into multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and has a high clinical mortality rate.

Principles of treatment for shock

Eliminate the cause of the disease as soon as possible, quickly restore effective circulating blood volume, correct microcirculation disorders, enhance myocardial function, and restore normal human metabolism. The key link is to restore oxygen supply to tissue cells, promote their effective utilization, re-establish the balance of oxygen supply and demand and maintain normal brain function.

1. Rapidly increase circulating blood volume: It is a basic measure to resist shock and the key to correcting tissue hypoperfusion and hypoxia caused by shock.

2. Actively treat the primary disease: In the treatment of shock, eliminating the primary lesion that causes shock is as important as restoring effective circulating blood volume.

3. Correct acid-base imbalance: During shock, the body's metabolism is disturbed, and acid-base imbalance may occur. The government should actively prevent and treat it to correct and maintain the patient's acid-base balance. 4. Use vasoactive drugs: Under the premise of adequate volume resuscitation, vasoactive drugs should be used to relieve the disorder of peripheral vasomotor function to maintain organ perfusion.

4. Microcirculation: For DLC with clear diagnosis, heparin can be used for anticoagulation. Antifibrinolytic drugs and antiplatelet aggregation drugs are sometimes also used.

5. Application of steroids and other drugs: can be used for infectious shock and other more serious shock c.

Regarding the anti-shock treatment methods introduced in the article, we hope that everyone can analyze them carefully in life so that we know how to treat this disease. Shock can cause great harm to the patient's body and mind, and may cause abnormal acid-base balance or various circulatory system abnormalities. I hope you can understand.
