Introduction to gallbladder adenomyosis

Introduction to gallbladder adenomyosis

Regarding the disease of gallbladder adenomyosis, I believe many friends do not understand its symptoms. This is mainly because the incidence of this disease is relatively small, but the impact of this disease on female friends is relatively large. I hope that female friends can prevent this disease well. Let us look at the symptoms of this disease.

It is a proliferative disease of the gallbladder wall, which is more common in women. The cause is unknown. The pathological changes are hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the mucosa, an increase in the number of Rodriguez-Avoids, which expand into cystic shapes and penetrate deep into the muscularis. There are ducts connecting the sinuses to the gallbladder cavity, forming a pseudodiverticulum. The muscular layer proliferated significantly, the gallbladder wall thickened significantly, and the cyst cavity narrowed. Pseudodiverticula fill with bile and may form stones. It is divided into three types: diffuse, segmental, and localized.

Although the malignant transformation rate of adenomyosis is extremely low, the risk of malignant transformation increases if there are chronic gallbladder diseases such as gallbladder stenosis, chronic gallbladder inflammation or stones, especially if the clinical symptoms are severe. Once diagnosed, surgical removal of the gallbladder is recommended. Patients who do not have other gallbladder diseases and have no obvious clinical symptoms only need regular gallbladder ultrasound examinations and follow-up.

Adenomyosis of the gallbladder is indeed a tumor-like lesion, but it is generally benign. However, some patients may also have the possibility of canceration, so surgical removal of the gallbladder is required. As to what causes this disease, it is impossible to determine. It should be said that the causes of most diseases are not completely clear at present. Since it is a tumor-like disease, it needs to be treated first, and it will be safer to have children afterwards. Breast hyperplasia is a very common disease among women. As long as it has not formed a lump, it does not need to be treated for the time being.

Regarding the symptoms of gallbladder adenomyosis introduced in the article, I hope female friends can remember it well so that you can detect the existence of this disease in time in your life. For a disease like gallbladder adenomyosis, we should use surgical resection to treat it in our daily life, so as to control the deterioration of the disease.
