Taichong acupoint massage Location: Taichong point is one of the important acupuncture points on the liver meridian of foot, located on the dorsum of the foot, in the depression behind the first metatarsal space. On the dorsum of the foot, in the depression 2 inches above the gap between the first and second toes. Finger pressing method: Sit down with your right foot on a chair, press the acupoint vertically with the middle finger of your right hand, exhale and count "1, 2", gradually apply force, press the acupoint strongly when counting "3", inhale and count "4, 5, 6", and relax your body. Finger rubbing method: Sit down and use your right thumb to rub the Taichong point on your right foot about 3 cm above and below, from the front of the foot to the heel, exhale and rub slowly.
