How to improve blood circulation in the body

Blood circulation in the body is very important to people. If the blood in our body does not circulate, then our organs will gradually age and many uncomfortable symptoms will appear. If the blood does not circulate, the body is prone to numbness and various organs will not function normally. Therefore, blood circulation is a support point. If the blood does not circulate, it also means that our body begins to be unhealthy. So how can we improve the blood circulation in the body?

The blood circulation is a dual circulation consisting of systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation. Blood is ejected from the left ventricle through the aorta and its branches to the capillaries throughout the body, where it exchanges substances with the tissue fluid, supplies oxygen and nutrients to tissue cells, and transports away carbon dioxide and metabolic products, turning arterial blood into venous blood; it then flows back to the right atrium through various levels of epithelium to merge into the superior and inferior vena cava. This circulation is called systemic circulation. Blood is ejected from the right ventricle and flows through the pulmonary artery to the pulmonary capillaries, where it exchanges gases with the alveoli, absorbs oxygen and releases carbon dioxide, and venous blood becomes arterial blood; it then flows back to the left atrium through the pulmonary vein. This circulation is called pulmonary circulation.

Cyclic process

The cardiovascular system (systemacardiovaschlare) includes the heart, arteries, capillaries and veins. The cardiovascular system is a complete closed circulatory system that is centered on the heart and connected to organs and tissues throughout the body through blood vessels, through which blood circulates. The heart is a hollow muscular organ that contracts and relaxes regularly, constantly sucking in and pushing out blood, ensuring that the blood flows forward in one direction along the blood vessels. Blood vessels are tubes that transport blood, including arteries, veins, and capillaries. Arteries originate from the heart, branch repeatedly, and their diameter gradually becomes smaller and their number gradually increases. Finally, they are distributed to tissues throughout the body and become capillaries. Capillaries are network-like and are where the exchange of substances between blood and tissues takes place. Capillaries gradually merge into veins, small veins merge into large veins, and finally return to the heart, completing the blood circulation.

Blood circulation route:

Superior and inferior vena cava → right atrium → right ventricle → pulmonary artery → capillaries around alveoli → pulmonary vein → left atrium → left ventricle → aorta → capillaries in tissues throughout the body (except lungs)

Among them, the blood circulation from the left ventricle to the right ventricle is called the systemic circulation, and the blood circulation from the pulmonary artery to the left atrium is called the pulmonary circulation.

The above are various methods of improving blood circulation in the body. Remember, when our body shows abnormal symptoms, we should seek medical attention in time to check whether there is any abnormality in our body. If there is, we must quickly treat the symptoms. There are many other ways to improve blood circulation. Hot compresses can be used to improve it. If you want to be healthier, you cannot do without physical exercise, so you must persist in exercising.
