What is the method of Chinese medicine massage for breast enhancement

Every woman wants to have bigger breasts. No one wants to be called a flat chest. This is indeed an insulting term for women, just like rubbing salt into the wound, which is heartbreaking. If you want to make your breasts bigger, you should find a reliable method, such as Chinese medicine breast massage, which is both safe and effective. So, what is the method of Chinese medicine massage for breast enhancement?

Step 1: Push the breast directly. The massager first uses the thenar eminence of one hand to apply force, starting from the upper edge of the opposite breast, with gentle and even force, pushing vertically downward to the lower edge of the breast, and then uses the hypothenar eminence to apply force, returning along the original route from bottom to top with the same technique, and repeats 10 to 20 times.

Step 2: Push the breast horizontally. The massager first uses the base of one hand to apply force, starting from the inner side of the opposite breast, with gentle and even force, pushing horizontally to the armpit, and then uses the five fingers together to apply force, returning along the original route with the same technique, and repeating 10 to 20 times.

Step 3: Push the breasts together. The massager uses the palm of one hand to lift the bottom of the opposite breast, and places the palm of the other hand on the upper part of the same breast, and then pushes both palms toward the nipple with force 10 to 20 times. The massage movements are steady and the pressure is moderate.

Step 4: Press and rub Tanzhong. This point is located at the point where the two nipples are connected. This point is mainly used to treat cough, asthma, chest pain, low milk supply, acute mastitis, etc. The masseur stands with the middle finger and presses and rubs the Tanzhong point 20 to 30 times with moderate pressure.

Step 5: Massage the base of the breast. The secondary point is located directly below the breast and at the base of the breast. This point is mainly used to treat symptoms such as chest fullness, cough, mastitis, insufficient milk, breast swelling and pain, and choking. The masseur uses the tips of the middle fingers of both hands to press and rub the Rugen point 20 to 30 times.

Step 6: Massage your breasts with your palms. Rub your hands together to warm them up, and use your palms to massage the breasts in a circular motion for 2 minutes. Don't be anxious or nervous when massaging. After confirming the correct position, proceed step by step, and you will be able to do it well. Keep the speed and frequency slow and the massage movements steady.

Step 7: Massage Tianchi. This point is located 1 inch outside the nipple and in the 4th intercostal space. This point is mainly used to treat mastitis, insufficient milk, flank pain, and armpit swelling. The massager uses the tips of both thumbs to press and rub the Tianchi acupoint 20 to 30 times with moderate pressure.

Step 8: Press and rub the chest window. This acupoint is located 4 inches lateral to the anterior midline and in the third intercostal space. This point is mainly used to treat chest fullness, mastitis, etc. The masseur uses the tips of the middle fingers of both hands to press and rub the Yingchuang acupoint 20 to 30 times with moderate pressure.

Step 9: Massage Zusanli. This point can be used to treat respiratory diseases, heart disease, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abdominal discomfort, and is also effective for menopausal disorders and rough skin. The masseur uses the tips of the thumbs of both hands to press and rub the Zusanli acupoint for about 1 minute.

What needs attention is that during the massage, you should cut your fingernails and do not wear any jewelry on your hands, otherwise it will easily scratch the skin. Before massaging, be sure to clean your hands to prevent bacteria from invading the breasts. The massage technique must be gentle and not too strong.
