It enters the heart, kidney and spleen meridians. Characteristics Salt aconite: conical in shape, 4 to 7 cm long and 3 to 5 cm in diameter. The surface is gray-black and covered with salt frost. There is a sunken bud scar at the top and tumor-like protruding lateral roots or lateral root scars around it. Heavy, gray-brown cross section, small gaps filled with salt frost and polygonal cambium rings can be seen, and the vascular bundles inside the rings are irregularly arranged. When there is no numbness in the tongue after cutting it, take it out, remove the licorice and black beans, cut it into thin slices, and dry it in the sun. For every 100kg of salt aconite, use 5kg of licorice and 10kg of black beans. Cooked aconite root: Take aconite root and scald it with sand according to the blanching method (Appendix Ⅱ D) until it swells and changes color slightly.
