Still want to change your bad office habits? Waiting to report to the King of Hell

Commuters stay in the office almost the whole day, and many bad habits will develop at this time. These bad habits will directly or indirectly affect human health. Let’s take a look at the four major bad habits in the office.

Bad habit 1: Drinking too much coffee, strong tea and other beverages

Cause of harm: The metabolism of beverages such as coffee and strong tea in the body is different from that of boiled water. They cannot replace boiled water, especially the detoxification function of boiled water. Although coffee and strong tea have diuretic and refreshing effects, they can also cause cellular dehydration. Drinking too much will affect the balance of the body.

Change it: In addition to beverages, you need to drink at least 1500 ml of boiled water every day. You should avoid drinking too much coffee or strong tea. Calculated as 250 ml per cup, the daily intake should be limited to 2 cups.

Bad habit 2: Hanging the phone on the chest

Cause of harm: Although the academic community has been arguing about the extent of the harm caused by mobile phone radiation, hanging it in front of the chest, close to the chest and abdominal cavity, will eventually have some impact.

Change: Prepare a mobile phone holder and place it on your desk, which is both beautiful and convenient. Or put your phone in a drawer and put it in your bag when you go out.

Bad Habit 3: Wearing headphones during work hours

Cause of harm: Earphones are hung in the external auditory canal, transmitting sound to the ear at zero distance, avoiding interference from other sounds and directly stimulating the ear nerves. Excessive volume for a long time can cause hearing loss.

Change: You can replace the headphones with a small speaker. If you need to use headphones, avoid turning the volume too high. Do not use other people's headphones easily to avoid cross infection.

Bad habit 4: Wearing high heels from 9 to 5

Cause of harm: Wearing high heels for a long time will put your feet in an unnatural state for a long time, the pressure on the arch of the foot will increase, without any rest, and the toes will be forced to bear too much pressure. Over time, symptoms such as hallux valgus and collapsed arches will appear, becoming increasingly painful, and ultimately requiring surgery to correct.

Change: Prepare a pair of comfortable flat leather shoes in the office and enjoy 8 hours of foot relaxation. Don't wear the same pair of shoes for more than 3 consecutive days. Doing so will not only keep your feet in good hygiene, but also allow the shoes to "recover" their strength.
