The harder a man's penis is, the more afraid his wife is

Toxins in the body have always been a headache for men. Many men even know that there are toxins in their bodies but are unable to remove them. Some men have too many toxins in their bodies because a part of their body is too hard.

In fact, this part is the liver. When men suffer from cirrhosis, the liver's detoxification function will be destroyed, causing more and more toxins to accumulate inside the body. That’s why it is said that if a part of a man’s body is too hard, it will lead to more toxins in the body.

People with some common sense know that the liver is one of the largest detoxification organs in the body. When liver cirrhosis causes the detoxification function to be impaired, it is difficult to excrete toxins from the body relying solely on the stomach and kidneys. Therefore, if men want to reduce toxins in the body, they must avoid cirrhosis.

For men, cirrhosis can often cause testicular atrophy, breast development, and often lead to testicular dysfunction and loss of male sexual characteristics, especially in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis. This is mainly because cirrhosis affects the metabolism of gonadal hormones, the estrogen/androgen ratio continues to increase, and the amount of androgen converted to estrogen in the peripheral blood increases. The treatment of sexual dysfunction in these patients mainly focuses on treating the primary disease and improving the patient's nutrition.

1. Patients with cirrhosis often have symptoms of fatigue and weakness, and often feel powerless, which often affects the normal sexual life.

2. Due to liver cirrhosis, there is obvious psychological pressure and people often lose interest in sex life.

3. When the disease develops to the middle and late stages, due to abnormal liver function, sex hormones cannot be metabolized normally, which often leads to decreased libido and affects sexual ability. Cirrhosis of the liver can affect sexual function. The main symptoms for men are decreased or even disappearance of libido, impotence, premature ejaculation, testicular atrophy, and breast feminization. At this time, it is best to temporarily abstain from sex and actively seek treatment. As the condition improves, sexual function will gradually recover. Guided puncture biopsy for accurate diagnosis.

4. Liver abscess: Patients have clinical manifestations such as fatigue, low fever, weight loss, and discomfort in the liver area. It is difficult to distinguish it from liver cancer in the early stage of the disease, and a comprehensive judgment is needed based on blood routine, AFP, liver function and other biochemical indicators.

When cirrhosis of the liver progresses, some "clues" will appear. The chief physician of the Department of Gastroenterology at the People's Hospital reminds that by recognizing the following manifestations of cirrhosis, early diagnosis and treatment of cirrhosis can be achieved.

His face is thin and dark. More than one-third of patients with chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis have darker skin on their face and around their eyes than before the disease, their faces are thin and withered, there are dilated small blood vessels in their cheeks, and their lips are dry. This is the "liver disease face."

Breast swelling and testicular shrinkage. Due to the increase of estrogen and the decrease of androgen during cirrhosis, men may experience breast enlargement, swelling and pain, and testicular atrophy. For women, the disorder of sex hormones during cirrhosis can also cause menstrual disorders, breast shrinkage, and sparse pubic hair.

Spider nevi and cinnabar palms. Patients with cirrhosis often have some dilated skin arterioles on the face, neck, chest, shoulders, forearms and backs of hands, surrounded by tiny branches radiating in all directions, shaped like small spiders and bright red. The manifestation with the same mechanism as spider nevi is liver palms, which refers to the redness of the two sides of the palm connecting the thumb and little finger (thenar and hypothenar), and there are many red spots on close inspection, some are plaque-like, with red and white alternating irregularly. If local pressure is applied, it will turn pale and return to its original state after relaxation. Because of its redness, it is also called "cinnabar palm".

Yellow eyes and yellow skin. More than half of patients with cirrhosis may experience this sign, which is generally mild. If jaundice suddenly increases or reappears, it indicates damage to liver cells and should be taken seriously.

Bleeding spots and low fever. Patients with cirrhosis often have a tendency to bleed, and may experience repeated nosebleeds, bleeding gums when brushing teeth, bleeding spots or ecchymosis on the skin, and in severe cases, hematoma. In the late stage of cirrhosis, there is often fever, and the fever type is uncertain, mainly low to moderate fever, mostly between 37.5 and 38.5℃. This type of fever is not responding to antibiotics and will only subside when the liver disease improves.

Ascites is present and venous distension is present. Generally speaking, the larger the amount of ascites and the more frequent the recurrences, the worse the prognosis.

Subcutaneous blood vessels of the abdominal wall. As cirrhosis progresses, varicose veins of the abdominal wall may appear to varying degrees, with the navel as the center, and the surrounding superficial veins protruding and dilating in an earthworm-like shape, radiating outward, mostly in the upper abdominal wall.

Experts have summarized the “9 most damaging liver killers”.
