What tea should I drink to clean my intestines and remove stool? These three teas can be drunk regularly

In life, if there is feces in the body, it often makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. If you want to clean your intestines and expel old stool as quickly as possible, you can choose the following three types of tea.

1. Banana Milk Tea

Ingredients: two peeled bananas, 300ml fresh milk, 200ml cold boiled water.

Preparation method: Put bananas, fresh milk and cold boiled water into a juicer, blend them into juice, and place in the refrigerator to drink warm as tea.

Efficacy: Nourishes the body and promotes the production of body fluids, moistens the intestines and promotes bowel movements. Suitable for general constipation.

Note: People with diarrhea, excessive stomach acid, diabetes, and renal insufficiency should not eat too much.

2. Angelica and Cassia Tea

Ingredients: 12g angelica, 12g Cistanche deserticola, 12g stir-fried Cassia seeds, 1000ml water.

Preparation method: Put angelica, Cistanche deserticola and fried Cassia seed into a pot and add 1000ml of water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the residue and take the juice as warm tea.

Efficacy: Nourishes the liver and kidneys, moistens the intestines and promotes bowel movements. Suitable for general constipation.

Note: It is not suitable for people with diarrhea or constipation due to excessive heat in the stomach and intestines.

3. Aloe Vera and Red Date Drink

Ingredients: 3 pieces of aloe vera, 15 red dates, 20ml oligosaccharide, 300ml water.

Method: After removing the thorns from the aloe vera, cut it into small pieces with the skin and flesh. Bring to a boil with red dates and water over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add oligosaccharides to the residue for seasoning.

Efficacy: Aloe vera contains Aloecin and aloemycin, which have the effect of strengthening the stomach and intestines and promoting gastrointestinal motility, so it helps to cleanse the intestines and defecate.

Note: Aloe vera is slippery and will make it difficult for the fertilized egg to implant. Pregnant women should not eat it.
