1. Massage your chest.

Keep your underwear on, lie on your back in bed, relax your whole body, press your breasts with the base of your palms without moving, put the index and four fingers of both hands together, and use your fingers to stroke your chest. At the same time, rotate your right hand 50 times to the right and your left hand 50 times to the left; then rotate in the opposite direction for 50 times each. Note: This section can relieve chest tightness, angina pectoris, asthma, shortness of breath, etc. However, if the condition does not improve, or even persists for more than 30 minutes with severe squeezing pain behind the sternum, difficulty breathing and other chest symptoms, it may be an acute myocardial infarction, and you should go to a large hospital for emergency treatment immediately.

2. Massage your chest and abdomen with your palms overlapping.

With Dantian (Tanzhong) between the breasts as the center, overlap your palms, first place your right hand underneath and rotate it 50 times clockwise, then place your left hand underneath and rotate it 50 times counterclockwise. Repeat this process, exhaling when pushing and inhaling when pulling, gradually expanding the range, and making the movements slow and forceful.

3. Take a deep breath and massage your chest and abdomen with your palms crossed.

Press the right rib with the right palm and the left rib with the left palm, and at the same time, pull up and rub both hands (Dabao, Qimen, Tianchi, Xiongxiang, Zhourong, etc.) to the chest (inhale deeply at the same time), push the two palms opposite each other, push and rub the right hand upwards (Zhongfu, Yunmen, Yufu, Xuanji, etc.), push and rub the left hand downwards (Yingchuang, Tanzhong, Zhongting, etc.), each to the opposite armpit, and then rub the ribs downwards (exhale deeply at the same time), pull and rub the left hand through the navel, and pull and rub the right hand through the Shang, Zhong, Xiawan, etc., and return to the original ribs. When you inhale, expand your chest as much as possible and let it swell up slowly; when you exhale, shrink your chest as much as possible and contract your abdominal muscles. (Hold your breath for a while) Repeat inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth for 1 minute. Inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide, increase lung capacity, and improve heart and lung function.
