1. Rock sugar

3. Yunnan Baiyao powder

If it is a small ulcer, just apply a small amount to the affected area. If the ulcer is large, you should first gently scrape off the exudate from the ulcer surface, and then apply the powder. Take the medicine 2 to 3 times a day. For small ulcers, it can be cured after 1 to 2 times of medication. For large ulcers, it can be cured after 2 to 3 times of medication. The pain can be significantly relieved and the ulcer surface can be healed in 2 to 3 days.

Tongue ulcers are largely related to personal physical constitution, so it is unlikely to completely avoid their occurrence, but the incidence can still be reduced if the inducing factors are avoided as much as possible. If you have tongue ulcers, you should pay attention to keeping your mouth clean, gargle with light salt water frequently, moisten your mouth frequently, and avoid dry mouth.
