1. Peel the yam and soak it in cold water for a while.

2. Wash the wolfberries with clean water, and then soak them in warm water until they are fully swelled.

3. Cut the yam into strips 6 cm long and 1 cm wide.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of hot water into the pot, bring it to a boil over high heat, then put in the yam strips and wolfberries and cook for 3 minutes. Take them out and rinse them in cold water, then drain the water and serve on a plate.

6. Pour the sweet and sour juice on the wolfberry and yam and soak for 30 minutes.

Fish and Rice with Pine Nuts

Ingredients: 200 grams of sweet corn kernels, 50 grams of pine nuts, 200 grams each of tofu, peas, and cod meat, 15 milliliters of Shaoxing wine, 5 grams each of sugar, salt, and chicken essence, 2 grams of pepper, 15 milliliters of water starch, 5 grams each of minced ginger and chopped green onions, and 15 milliliters of oil.

1. Cut the cod into 1 cm square cubes, then put them into boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Then take them out and rinse them with cold water for later use.

2. Mix the diced cod with Shaoxing wine, pepper and salt (2 grams) and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes, put them into boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.

4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. When it is 60% hot, add the chopped green onion and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the peas and sweet corn kernels and stir-fry for a while.

5. Put cod and tofu cubes into the pot, add a little water, sugar, chicken essence and the remaining salt, and stir-fry evenly.

6. Finally, add water starch to thicken the soup and sprinkle with pine nuts.
